The poor real economy cannot always blame e-commerce

It is said that e-commerce is the fault of the real economy. The physical store has a bad attitude, and the high price does not talk about after-sales. I remember that we used to have a wholesale mall here. A sign at the door of a shop that bought women's clothing said "Do not enter retail, do not try clothes. Recently, I went to the same store over there with the same owner." The brand is still there, but the words are different, and it is also a wholesale price to order one. We talked a bit about how bad business is. I didn’t like retail before, and now there are fewer people who even wholesale. Some wholesale directly online, saving middlemen. The poor attitude of the physical store creates an inherent impression. If you buy something online that is not suitable, you can return it and pick it up to save time. Can a physical store let you back? Brick-and-mortar stores need to change to survive. This is just my personal opinion.
